Instructions
  1. Place the chia seeds in a small bowl and add a cup of water. Leave to soak for 15 minutes to form a gel.
  2. Meanwhile combine all the other ingredients except the apple juice. Add the chia gel and keep adding the juice until you have a lumpy, sticky, doughy consistency.
  3. Place in a muffin or cupcake cases and bake in the oven at 180 degrees celsius for around 25 minutes or until golden.
  4. Leave to cool in the tray if you have the willpower not to eat them hot out of the oven!
