Beetroot, Thyme and White Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 tin cannelini beans or other white bean, drained
- 3 medium cooked beetroot skin removed
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 3 sprigs thyme leaves only
- 2 tbsp olive extra virgin
