Watermelon daiquiri
This recipe uses rum but you can easily substitute vodka, or leave out the alcohol altogether for a refreshing summer drink that's particularly powerful post exercise or if spending time in the sun.

This recipe uses rum but you can easily substitute vodka, or leave out the alcohol altogether for a refreshing summer drink that's particularly powerful post exercise or if spending time in the sun.

Instructions
- Cut the watermelon into chunks and place in a blender.
- Squeeze the juice of the lime into the blender and add all the other ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour through a sieve to remove any seedy bits (optional) and serve garnished with a slice of lime and a few mint leaves.
