Watermelon daiquiri
This recipe uses rum but you can easily substitute vodka, or leave out the alcohol altogether for a refreshing summer drink that’s particularly powerful post exercise or if spending time in the sun.

  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and place in a blender.
  2. Squeeze the juice of the lime into the blender and add all the other ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. Pour through a sieve to remove any seedy bits (optional) and serve garnished with a slice of lime and a few mint leaves.
