Seaweed Squares
Ingredients
- 4 sushi nori sheets
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce tamari soy sauce is wheat free
- 4 tsp sesame seeds black or white
Servings: squares
Instructions
- Whisk oil and soy sauce together
- Lay out one sheet of nori, and use a pastry brush to brush the oil and soy mixture over it.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp of sesame seeds over the sheet, and put another sheet on top. Repeat the oil and seed procedure.
- Cut your stack of seaweed into 16 (cut into 4 long strips and each of these strips into 4).
- Separate into individual squares and lay them onto two baking stones or baking trays
- Cook in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 6-8 minutes or until crispy
