Heat the coconut milk on the stove until just reaching simmering point and turn off.
Break the chocolate into rough pieces (we find bashing the bar on the counter is very effective,the kids love to do this but we also really enjoy the process if we're having a bad day) and place in food processor or strong blender.
Add the maple syrup, orange and vanilla extracts to the chocolate.
Add the warm coconut milk to the chocolate in the processor, and blend until the liquid is smooth
Tip into small ramekins and put into the fridge for 3 hours until set
