A really easy and delicious creamy shake that is so quick to prepare and is a filling, healthy option. We like to keep slices of banana in the freezer as they're great for adding to smoothies for extra sweetness and creaminess. If you don't have frozen banana to hand, it's fine to use normal.

Ingredients
- 160 mls almond milk preferably homemade
- 1 banana sliced and frozen
- 1/4 large avocado
- 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 shot coffee cooled
- 1 handful ice
Servings: person
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and whizz for around 30 seconds until you have a thick shake.
