Next Event: Spring Detox
We’re now taking bookings for our 14 Day Spring Guided Detox Programme, which starts on the 28th April, at Limpsfield Tennis Club, Oxted, Surrey.
Spring is absolutely the best time of year for a cleanse and this two week, two workshop programme offers you the opportunity to join a supportive, group detox as well as to kick-start some healthy eating habits for summer.
During the programme we’ll explain how the body detoxifies and why some foods and drinks are much better than others at really supporting detoxification.
You’ll get to sample some of our recommended delicious detox drinks and snacks and we’ll demonstrate how to make some quick and simple key recipes so that they can easily be incorporated into your detox. You’ll get shopping lists, recipe suggestions and a menu planner – and there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions!
We’re excited to be collaborating with Jo Banks for this programme. Jo is an experienced food presenter, food writer, cook, and passionate foodie. She has her own local food events business, organising cookery classes and food workshops in Kent and Surrey and has worked with Eat Drink Live Well for several years, promoting healthy, fuss-free cooking.
