A great tasting, immune-boosting tea. It’s main nutritional highlight is turmeric which is a wonder spice being a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.

Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients (except the honey) into a small pan and bring to the boil.
  2. Turn down the heat and simmer for 5 minutes then strain to remove the ginger, pepper and cinnamon.
  3. Allow to cool before stirring in the honey (if using).
