Lamb Koftas
500

minced lamb

natural Greek yogurt

Instructions
Crush the garlic and set aside.
Toast the pine kernals in a dry frying pan for several minutes until golden brown
Mix all kofta ingredients in a mixing bowl and squash together, forming small round balls.
Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, cucumber and black pepper together in a bowl.
Heat the olive oil and pan fry the koftas for several minutes until golden on each side, and cooked in the middle.
Serve the lamb koftas drizzled with yogurt, and packed into a pitta with rocket leaves.
